We are to follow Jesus when we are saved not
falling behind too far, not running out in front of
Him... following! He is our Leader our Master.
Praise God!
The Feet of the Master
Ordinary not so!
It was the feet of more than a man
the feet of a man named Jesus
born for the Father’s redemption plan.
For with them He walked with dignity
and truth was at His side
living a life we are to live
if we are part of the ones called His bride.
Carefully He chose which way to go
with each step of the way straight ahead
never turning or veering from His path
never quitting or fearing just being led.
This is a lesson then for us to follow
in the precious footsteps of Him
the beautiful feet of the Master always
leading His sheep from within.
