The Battle Rages

Clashing, flashing arrows; Bolts pierce the cotton ball clouds; thunder booms. Another rainstorm visits and all lives, run for cover; in fear. Old man, cloudburst, has a temper tantrum.

We have had the strangest thunder storms here this summer. There will be thunder rolling for hours but no rain nor any lightning seen. It has happed about 6 times this summer. I am thinking that someone below is getting a down pour at least I hope someone is benefitting from all that noise and the dogs being in fear. Sara

I think the downpour was in my town; we were deluged with 5" of rain here Sat and Sun and in the mountain areas; one guy drowned in his taxi because he couldn't get out before the street flooded. We had it all, wind, rain and lightening and even lost a couple of tv channels. Glad it's over though. Thanks for dropping by.
