Sunshine

Here it’s always sunshine And it never gets dark What I want is all mine Every day is so fine I go ride in the park Here it’s always sunshine And it’s all by design It befits a monarch What I want is all mine For I don’t need a sign When I want to embark Here it’s always sunshine There’s no thorns on my vine Let no flame leave a mark What I want is all mine Tell the poor not to whine Though their suffering be stark Here it’s always sunshine What I want is all mine
