Summer

As Spring slowly fades into Summer the warmth of the days intensifies and the green hills turn to a golden brown. Flowers that glistened with life bathed by soft rains wither and dry under the suns relentless gaze. The world around us changes before our very eyes as the Earth spins ever closer to the Mother of all life. For it is the Sun that nourishes all things so that life may prosper on this ever changing globe that we call Earth. So we welcome Summer once again as we remember all those Summers past that filled our days as mere youths and we bask in its warmth hoping to see yet another cycle of the seasons pass until once again Summer arrives.
