Six Cousins
Because I’ve got six cousins,
I don’t know what to do,
I got a new gazebo,
But that will not see us through.
I know that we can’t meet indoors,
But outside is ok,
But that would mean there’s seven of us,
Due on Christmas Day.
The rule of six applying,
Unless they change the rules,
No pubs, no indoor meetings,
But they won’t be closing schools!
So which cousin to omit?
Its brought pain inside my head,
Perhaps I should invite them all?
While I just stay in bed!
Yes thats a good solution,
I’ll have turkey and my beer,
A temporary solution,
Oh no! what about new year?
