Shopping
I really love the way you smile
Noticing you across the isle
Your husband trailing you in tow
My wife leading me down the row
I remember us as we lie
Our slick bodies in passion's tie
We pretend to be just strangers
To avoid our spouses' angers
Tomorrow we will again be
In each other's arms, again free
I watch as you caress a cucumber
I smell and pet a sweet delicious peach
I see the laughter in your eyes
I return the fruit and smile
We live in a seperate world
Both of us preferring it so
We both meet once or twice each month
Knowing exactly what we want
I see you looking up at me
From down on your knees, your lips full
Your hunger and your burning need
My hands caressing your long hair
I pretend not to notice you
As we move through the checkout line
I feel your presence as I leave
Pushing the cart out through the door
As I load my groceries
I hear your voice there in the lot
I look up to your longing eyes
I smile and quickly look away
I get in the car with my wife
We drive away discussing life
It is days like these I adore
Without them, life would be a bore
Until we meet again my friend
We return to our normal lives
Both of us happy and just cool
Knowing we don't play by the rules
Shopping can be so relaxing
I drive home anticipating
