Say Goodbye Like You Mean It

You helped me put a name to a face, And I kept my phone on like a porchlight, For you to run home to when you just couldn't decide. But that was before our glitter turned to dust, and my words still fueled giggles before your mistrust, It was good before you learned to burn in your afterthoughts. So I won't jump start this car if you don't force shut this down, I think you owe this to yourself now, my friend.
