Remember Me
When the winds can't play the sounds of music
or the whispered promises of loves intent,
Tell me what happens when all is silent
tell me what fills your hearts content
When the sun has set in its tomb again
and we're there to watch the dying day,
Tell me what happens when all is silent
tell me how long you plan to stay
When a God that you just can't believe in
comes to pull our souls apart ,
Tell me what part of me you'll still hold close
my tar black soul, or my broken heart
When the shadows and the tallest trees
have gathered around the raging seas,
Tell me what happens when all goes still
tell me how you'll remember me-
