Please Wake Up
Don't they have enough power and money?
Then they could ever spend or use?
Don't they have enough rooms to live in,
to be amused.
Why then should any ruler decide the end.
Of brave men and woman,
sworn to defend.
Isn't there enough room out west for all,
Why do our soldiers and supporters have to fall.
In places far away they should never be,
Just cause some ego tweaked,
insulted was he.
Are the lobbies in Washington really that strong?
Defense contractors pushing their weapons of destruction,
isn't that wrong?
Why do I see limbs that are broken and gone,
and can't be replaced unless using cold steel, and plastic.
Less men in wheelchairs, wouldn't that be fantastic.
Please wake up rulers of the world,
what you do today becomes your legacy,
that someday may come back to haunt.
Disturbing the earth too many times,
Will cause the fire ants above, and beneath, to unify,
A blanket of fire will move across your land,
destroying all that dare to stand,
powerless to stop their path.
Open your eyes, do the math.
