Perfect Light
Oh, star that shines the perfect light
Looking down in black of night
When sun and moon have lost the fight
To free a heart and still the fright
Can you see the fear that steals
That robs a soul of all it feels
And to the spirit, as it kneels
Shatter truth the Word reveals
But if the sun would finally rise
On distant hills, in clear blue skies
Could you again with tear-filled eyes
Forgive the demon and the lies
