Passion

I felt someone stare into my eyes I heard voices very faint, very distant They said I was lost They said I was gone But oh my great passion! I knew exactly where I was I had become my passion The feeling of endless search had left me I don’t know what they did with that old body of mine But my new one was walking immense, In and beside my passion Finally! The hot tears were gone The longing was gone They said I was lost They said I was gone But I knew where I was… And forever would be

Thanks for visiting Doug...this is just a piece I pulled out of my closet from younger years of yearning. But now more than ever I await the beyond:)

The spirituality of your words are profound and enlightening. To be at one with self is not easily achieved with the journey to 'knowing' often rife with roadblocks and detours. The last two lines feel so peaceful. An inspiring write Chis :-) blessings xxx enjoy a lovely weekend :-)
