Out of This World

nobody knows where I’m going I am not a child of this world they say I’m just passing through but I know the difference between the lines of hate and love in a haunted world where the rain falls hard and the fools run the show Time is not on my side And I don’t see straight down the line I see the curve that we can’t make at this speed Put the break on and call the dogs home It’s never to late to call it a day Leave it to the people who care Cause I’m the lonely type Cigarettes and beer window down walking down the track waiting for a train out of this world

"I am not a child of this world " It's okay to be an alien or feel alienated from this world. Powerful lines Stephen....loneliness draws on in this little narrative. I'm hoping you are well. Always Laura

Hi Laura- I've been staying low with my friends down under. Coming up for air when I find a computer that can hit the internet. Till they I'll be on a walk about.

Well written about the senselessness of the world. Much truth in this!
