Only You

ONLY YOU Only you can fulfill all of my dreams You seem to know before I ever speak The thoughts that I have on my mind it seems And the time with you that I always seek No matter the hour, no matter the day I always know what your answer will be You never say no and turn me away You will always say just what pleases me When God ordained our being together We knew not how it would too soon turn out Thought it would last in all kinds of weather But after three years, it went down the spout Now we both are left living all alone The love that we shared is suddenly gone 13 January 2020

Thank you, Gordon! I know I am in your prayers and that means more than anything else right now. It is a true story which has a seemingly sad ending but in reality, it is a good story because the greatest friendship I have known has been the 3 and a half years I spent with her.
