In desert's grasp, where heatwaves gently play,
I seek a love that shimmers far away.
An oasis mirage, a tender guise,
Where dreams entwine with fervent sighs.
Beneath the azure sky, where sunbeams dance,
I glimpse her form, a fleeting, sweet romance.
Mirage of lover in the oasis fair,
A wondrous illusion, beyond compare.
Upon the sands, where yearning heartstrings strum,
I follow shadows, where the mirage may come.
Her image shimmers in the hazy air,
A vision painted with love's tender care.
Yet, as I reach, she fades in heat's embrace,
A mirage of love, a transient grace.
In desert's oasis, love's dream unfurls,
A mirage, a dance, of ephemeral pearls.
