Nowhere Men

Nowhere Men Roads have been long ones, for many an old man who traversed every path, without having a plan. Always flying, vicariously, by the seat of our pants. Fighting many a battle, never in states of rants. We just bears it, and carry on with the good fight as our days, on gossamer wings, take flight into accepting that journey, into that good night as we wonder, ponder all that laid before our sight. Hi, it sounds very lonely yet at the same time adventurous. Your poem has invited me to question the choices we make in life. Mine are not many more. But there is a great adventure coming.

Good morning Patricia : Hello to you too. I am sorry that this is how you see it Patricia, “ it sounds very lonely ” for lonely I do not think I have ever felt, but definitely am a loner and have been a lone on many “ yet at the same time adventurous. ” of my adventures, crisscrossing this continent over the years. From BC to P E I, and back from Ontario to Florida, Texas, Mexico City, Acapulco, San Francisco up to BC., eventually back to Ontario. From Ontario to Chicago, the Bad Lands, the Canyons, Anaheim, LA to BC. Most on the wings of my open black T Bird During the past ten years, many a trip from BC to Ontario and back in the cockpit of my Probe. A few adventures across this land have been on the wings of those huge, silvered winged birds. “ adventurous. ”, yes “ very lonely ” no .

Hello Phil Capitlano : Thank you Phil, for taking a minute to read my stuff and for the comments “ So true old man, ”, “ good one William. ” . As for “ nose to the grindstone... ”, Phil, with little to say these days, a busy life {{ filming for Access TV and Tri Cities Community Television }} for a tired old man (( 75 in three months )) and with little interest and observation, times are a changing and so may I . Having read some of your poems “ Roses On The Moon ”, “ MOUNTAIN ”, “ TO CIARA: RULES FOR LOVING ” I think that we may have traversed similar paths, are helpless romantics. After reading the artistic, expressed quality of your poems Phil, I now think, more than ever that “ with little interest and observation, times are a changing and so may I . ” I should follow this path .
