ha. For me, it was opposite. My hubbie hated even seeing a picture of an old boyfriend of mine. I was so curious to see his one girlfriend but never did know much about her. Congrats on your win This was a most interesting one!

Hey Flo, good to see you back as always.

rob, i sometimes do well with sapphic, a few times, not... this one is way out of the ballpark!... congrats and thanks for coming around to compliment my entry in the HM contest... i don't give HMs in my challenges, they have no award point and seriously, i find this placement degrading; just saying.. miss your contests... my dachsund snickers is limping; i'll bring her to the vet... huggs to you and boo!

TY you Nette. I need to get to hosting, time is just hard to find now. My well wishes for Snickers. Boo is getting old, his fur is starting to turn white around the face and on the paws. Hugs back to you.

Just here to say thanks for your comment on my little poem. I hope you will do Greg's latest contest. I bet you have a free verse with four lines that can stand on their own somewhere, don't you? Would love to see it.

Yes, indeed, it gets harder every day to remember names and separate them into the right categories.

My friend, I could not even come close to writing such in this poetry form. I have never written poetry in this form and seems to be a very difficult form to compose verse in. Yet you did an amazing job of it..

Yes, this site has some great benefits and one of those is its many great members that display such amazing poetic talents. I find this poetry site has an over abundance of very gifted poets! So many, that its impossible to read them all even if one dedicates a hundred hours a week to make the attempt.

Thanks Robert. One of the things I like about this site, the contests introduces us to new forms. I have learned a lot here.

Nicely done, with a very tough form, (and I wholly relate, lol) ... blessings and best wishes for the contest.

Before meeting my first wife, I dated 3 Kellys in a row. So for a few years, all I said was 'Kelly'. Took me a few weeks to drop the habit. Thanks for reading & commenting. You may want to give this contest a shot, there is still time. A Poetry Hug back to you.
