My Imprint
My imprint
Startling, though it’s minor
Leaves all views
Of Autumn, inside
Feelings may differ
But alongside
Alone, the heart screams
For someone
To understand, the colors
Of bewilderment
Expressed upon, and alleviated
By, heart filled wonder
She holds it
Inside Autumn
Mother, kindly change
So I may deliver
On promises
Yet to be made
Boiling down, towards
Being alone
My imprint
Signifies all nothingness
That is left behind
Through the colors
Of autumnal grace
