Mothers Dear
Mothers, so dear who have shed many a tear still, they've persevered for many years. If with this, you can relate then you know moms carry a tremendous amount of weight and would never deviate from keeping things straight.
When life would drop a bomb, we want to take it out on mom. That would hurt to the core, make mom very sore but she remained calm, when she picked up her Bible and started to read Psalms.
Through all the stress and through the strife, she still managed to live a good life while trying her best to raise us right. So, when life became a bit too rough, The Good Lord said, you've had enough. Gave it your best. Passed Life's Test and stayed strong, it's time to come Home, never felt so alone.
Why I don't cry? I'm on standby and ready to fly. Even so, mom had to depart, she took with Love in her heart. Love is The Master Key which has unlocked The Door, she has stepped into Infinity.
So, I don't hate instead I celebrate because I know mom has stepped through Heaven's Pearly Gates. Although I do feel a bit hollow, I pray to God, I'm worthy to follow. Moms, stay strong, you are our backbone, you're never alone.
