Missing Conversation

I miss you old friend, gone but for a year. You were always so sure that math and fractals were the secret. I was not so sure but your surety gave me something to hang onto, critique and chip away at. Both acknowledged seekers with never an argument between us, we often reached different conclusions from the same facts, and concurrence from the differences! Now our conversation is one sided and I have no one to bounce off of. Is it the same where you are?

Old friends are so dear, and friends are so hard to come by. At 86 most of my old friends are either dead or are very far away. Love, daver
