This is dedicated to a dear friend of mine who suffers from aragnaphobia. After coming home from the pub one evening she had discovered a spider in her bedroom one night and decided to take what she deemed the only action to taken. She took her hockey stick from her sports bag and dealt with it....

Little Miss Muffet is a character in a children’s nursery rhyme. This is poetic license in the extreme :)

Miss Muffet Little Miss Muffet Sat on her tuffet After coming home from the pub When up came a spider And sat down beside her So she smashed it to bits with a club Now Caroline wouldn’t use Wouldn’t deign to let loose With a club - ‘cause she isn’t so thick And it was not just a thump No despatch with a bump But sure death by a huge hockey stick!!!
