Mindful eye

Notice the decay of form, here to stay but our heart yet sings, minding not life’s stings. Notice the stark fear, that dark thoughts draw near but if we be still, joy will overspill. Notice heart’s desire, now a raging fire but if we look on, erst cravings are shorn. Notice staid stillness ushering wellness, so let us choose peace, turning a new leaf.

Dear Seeker, your poem is a wonderful call to embrace mindfulness amidst life's tumultuous journey. Through your words, we are encouraged to observe the decay of form and the looming presence of fear, yet remain steadfast in our resolve to find joy and inner peace. I loved how your verses beautifully capture the essence of mindfulness, urging us to acknowledge our desires and fears while fostering a sense of stillness and wellness within.
