Melting Windows
Sensing your own senses pinpricked ears
The night is so quiet yet not very clear
The frost slowly melts on windows never cold
Thinking of the whispers you can never grab ahold
Afraid of the fear that is icing through your veins
Afraid of having to suffer life in so much pain
Silence comes from something not entirely unheard
The voice that is nothing mocking you with words
Time is now standing tick tock oh so still
Your sweaty brow is pouring skin bumped in chills
Exploring that very moment your breath can't escape
Vocal chords are melting the words that they rape...
