Loyalty

How she loved me. This I could not say. But when we touched. I felt her burning desire. I adored her without fault. Her loveliness and hidden treasures, where almost more than he could bear I saw the loyalty that shined through her eyes. If I were to crush her world. I wonder, would she stay, Or walk away? This is also about empathy. I can't get over how you have expressed this and packaged this within this story. This is such an earthy, basic and strong piece yet it is told with such subtle words. You have taken my breath away. There is something incredibly charming about how you express these ideas. Do you realize what you have done here? Something wonderful!

Debbie, first let me thank you. Because of you, I am starting my day in a thoughtful and philosophical mode bathed by your words. Second, I am hoping you have not been crushed. But I know we all have been. We do put up with a lot of things. At some point, it becomes too unpleasant to deal with. I think men should think about the consequences of their acts. This is an allegory for so many things and could apply at so many levels. If we would have that thought and realize what we have done.
