Loving Who Needs Loving
i bask in the nudity of your essence,
never knowing where to place my hands;
seeking the sighs of permanent pleasure
and never being able to unlove you-
for you are my new-born butterfly,
slipping into a kaleidoscope of monarchs,
feeling what needs feeling
healing what needs healing
i am enraptured by the flavor of you-
i taste each embrace as it nourishes
my starvation
hungry for what i CRAVE daily…
you and you alone-
with me by your side
feeding what needs feeding
repeating the love we are needing
i am boundless when you are near,
fervent and restless to reach for more-
i searched and searched
~YOU found ME~
frail and barren like a winter willow
weeping for the loss of her blades;
seeding what needs to be sown
then
weeding what shouldn't be grown
