Letters To My Love

LETTERS TO MY LOVE I My love; it has been a long time since I wrote you a letter Flowing from the rivers of my heart A poem of your unfailing love which has halted my soul And has captured my ambiance to never depart. My love; it been a while since I sang you your favorite song The one you delight to listen from my tongue Though I feel a little tense I can do nothing except to sing for long. My love; you have clothed me with your web The one that has entangled me since I was young Though I sometimes feel disturb All I see myself do is to sing our love song. My heart beat at the reading of your letter And the words bring joy and peace driving me only to mutter It tells me of your unmoving eyes That watches over me with so much intense cries And so to reply your letters I write this poem declaring You are my love, my song, my joy in night’s bearing And I tremble at your words in glaring. II My love I just wrote you a letter To tell you of the retentions I have of you To bring back the days of our passion And the whispers of your love in my ears. My love I simply cannot let loose of my memories To free it from this slavery by your love And so to set my soul free, I want to share our long kept secret with the world That though they do not believe in love, There is a boundless love that awaits mankind Only if they are willing to loose themselves To have an intimacy like ours. My love I am poised to proclaim the facet of our love to the world Of how you wake me up every night to have our passionate communication To reveal to me the secret of your plans To unveil the activities of the coming day. So nothing can outsmart me unawares So I can think of nothing but the memories of our love making. III My love, I just wrote you a letter To remind you of the misery I feel Anytime I sense a distance between us Knowing your letters are what keep me on the path of life I cannot live without your love Neither can I sleep without reading your letters again and again. My love I have being thinking and asking What can separate me from your love? Shall persecution, nakedness or the sword? Because even in my death our love will grow stronger In deed nothing can separate me from your eternal love. My love I write this letter to tell you Of my true feelings for you. To recount the days when you, a crowned prince set your gaze at me Just a maiden on a pilgrimage In your letter you said it was an awesome sight. And so you have left me to wonder, my love If this love I feel is real or just a dream And if it real, then am speechless But if it a dream, Let me have my eternal rest in this dream of love.
