Just Give Me a Break
You say you’re too tired to help me,
Or you have too many things to do,
I’m drowning in exhaustion, can’t you see,
I just need a little extra help from you,
To give me a break and pull me through;
I understand you didn’t sleep last night,
And the grass is getting out of control,
But everything doesn’t have to be a fight,
Everyday isn’t about reaching a goal,
We do have time to take a stroll…
