Listen to poem:
It was in the Army by Bob Moore (c) 2016 It was in the army, where I learned what to do I can sew a button on, and iron trousers too I can cook my bacon, and scramble a few eggs and I can hang the washing out, and not use too many pegs My wife thinks that its luvly, the things that they taught me I can wash the windows, and she can put me on KP I keep my clothes all folded, in a minimum of space and if she has to go away, I can clean the place I can scrub the yard with a toothbrush, if you really want me to that’s just a few of many things they taught me how to do I loved it in the army, it really was a lot of fun but the thing I liked the most was when, they taught me to shoot a gun.
