In His Presence
I started in his presence, listening. I've cluttered up the space of my heart, I need those things overturned and driven out. I need the reclaimed space filled with Jesus again. I'm asking you to come, Lord.
To end the day I found that I missed him, so I listened again. Like dishes, floors, and laundry, I've made my relationship with him a routine without relationship, and prayer a voicemail to my abba Father. So I stopped to listen to him and quietly acknowledged I've sinned. I've missed you I said.
I'm slowly learning to be with God again.
