I Saw Her
I SAW HER
I saw her
In an unanticipated form
Shining as bright as the moon
She stood right there
All around her was gold
I saw her
She held her flute
Playing a tune
That still replays
In my head.
I saw her
Her figure so unique
Specially, she must have been created
Her clothes made of silk
Was wet to her skin
So beautiful was she
I could have stood there a thousand years
And be satisfied not.
I saw her
I would have given everything
Just to meet her
Just to feel her.
For her face was enough motivation
But as severally as I tried,
Further away she kept on going
Until I could see her no more
How bitter I was
An opportunity of a lifetime
Seem to have slipped away
Perhaps I could have tried
Just a little harder.
Was it a dream
Or an illusion
I know not
But I did see her
The bride from the outside.
