I Met a Designer
Some guys think that they're so damn clever,
they lie and say: 'No, not me, I'm ordinary,'
oh yeah, doesn't seem that untouched way,
as they stand there with their drink and sway.
I look at the Singapore Sky-Bridge -
a rediculous building - but at least the Chinese
managed to finish something for a change,
unlike some things I've been reading about recently.
The Pacific Islands have roads disappearing
into nowhere - sounds familar as I look
at so many dormant buildings, poor endeavour -
maybe some people should get their act together.
Don't tell me that they don't care, bucks secured,
when they were half-way there, they got bored.
