I Don'T Want To Go Inside
On Spring days I watch squirrels play tag
and puppies with tails that blithely wag.
In sun’s rays, state’s and nation’s flags wave
and songbirds trill the sweet notes I crave.
Spring’s sweet ways woo from early till late.
My indoor chores will just have to wait!
