You've depicted the power of hurricanes well here, Linda. How I hope that the coming storm won't add too much damage -- you and all those affected continue being strong and helping each other-- thanks for asking, my mom's doing relatively ok... miss you as well and hugs to you!

Wow,,, Linda my bff.... , Strength in the face of havoc is always in my opinion, it is a good thing. Your haikus are powerful. I am concerned about you and all my friends Linda, who are facing this terrifying Nature's disaster in and out of America and hope that these hard winds would soon pass away and everyone would safe. WE HAVE JUST COME THRU HURRICANE SANDY MIXED WITH A NOR'EASTER .. TOTAL DEVASTATION IN NEW JERSEY ESPECIALLY ALONG THE BEACHES .. MY HAIKU COULD GO ON AND ON .. IT WAS HORRIBLE EVENT TO EXPERIENCE .. WE THANK GOD FOR BEING ALIVE AND PRAY FOR ALL IMPACTED BY THIS STORM ..
