His Kingdom

Flying on the wings of an eagle, Flitting, hither and thither, Peering at fields of hay At dancing branches. Boring into mirror of a blue lake, And catching the glint in eyes of a darting deer. Sightless but seeing and feeling surges of solace, As rest on the throne of a tree-top waiting. In this land where mortal men are no more, In this land where only nature and animals abound, Waiting for the dawn and the sun's revelation. Noah and God appeared as shadows, Rising through creamy mist of day's beginning, Embracing me. "It has come to this, my man. Live now in this place where there's no sin or sinner. Rejoice in the cool waters of His lake, Drink the juice of the fruits that adorn this kingdom," God said and then a spark of merriness ignited my soul While Noah smiled in the glow of His magnificence. Now I knew I'd reached the new world Midst the songs of the eagle and the dancing forest.
