He Was Her Valentine
On this seasonal wonder
of a day, one arrow tipped
in celestial honey pricked
her pristine heart.
Mellifluous, shadows,
shoulders, hands
of gentle touch opened her
to aromatic atoms of love.
Into the night and forever,
her heart echoes thulian pink
in the aftermath
of a garnet beginning.
