Happiness

Happiness exist simply because, Happiness is as happiness does. Some find happiness within a flower. Others find happiness in their power. Some find happiness in their clothes. Others find happiness up their nose. Some find happiness in their Lord. Others find happiness in their sword. Some find happiness when they write. Others find happiness when they fight. Some find happiness when they teach. Others find happiness when they preach. Some find happiness performing tricks, Others find happiness in their fix. To some happiness is a frame of mind To others happiness is impossible to find All in all as it would appear to be; I am so happy, because I am me. I took my last final last night. Scored a 94 on it. Felt very odd waking up and realizing, "I have no more studying to do." It feels so good to have time to spend on our site again. YF4L, God Bless Michael

A good write, thought provoking. I do think some these happiness you describe are temporal joys, not really happiness. But we should be happy with who we are. Great write, Michael. Enjoyed this poem of yours, Michael :) the contrasts you put here sure are interesting--I guess that happiness is indeed dependent on the person--I'm glad that your happy and it truly reflects in your writing! & kudos to you for your very high test scores ^_^ thanks for all your comments, was sure touched by them, you sure are so right about the people here in the Soup :) enjoy your day now :)

Way to go Mike. Hang in there and get ready for the next semester. Life is an open process of endless learning. Get to class early and sit up front so that you will not miss anything the professor or other students have to say. If you sit in the back you will miss a lot. Take good note and review them each day. Great job my friend, keep studying, writing, be humble and motivated. Joseph

Yes, we all do find happiness from different sources, MJ. Some revel in material wealth, others in nature's beauty and still others find joy in faith. Very uplifting poem.
