Golden Lady

Golden Lady When I was little my mother used to tell me... Life is not a novel I chose life as a theater When I was little my father always told me... Take it easy I ran headlong into life Free like a river... The present of the moment Or the moment of the present... When I was baby my mummy used to sing to me... Ayo néné... Touti Néné... And I sang it when I became mother myself When I was a baby my daddy used to sing to me... You are the sunshine of my life... And I forgot it The gift of the present Or the moment of the past... When I came to New York... People called me Golden Lady And looking for Golden Lady... I found a Stevie Wonder song When I was little I called my Grandpa'Thanks... And in my little voice I'd tell him I just call to say I love youuu... And I'd hang up For a moment in the present Forgotten in the future... Thanks New York That brings back wonderful memories of childhood Oops ! I forget my Grandma'Ola Ola Olala Aby, 18 mai 2022
