From the Depth of My Heart
I sat and pondered for a while;
My pen would not move even with guile;
Soon the page overflowed in ink;
My pen raced along and thought in pink;
My gratitude for everybody in my life filled the heart;
Everybody had played their part;
The Creator, My parents , My family , My teachers and My friends , to everyone and everything in sight and yet unseen...
Wistfully I thought "Where indeed have I been?"
Present here every moment and yet absent;
Every moment quite well spent....
Tired, after much writing, to see what I wrote;
To my surprise not a scratch on my note;
Truth struck me full in the face;
When a stranger tells me "Wipe your tears, they have wiped out everything....
