Fairy Light

Full of beauty, full of light Full of life, burning bright Fairies live, they breathe and fly They hold wonderful magic within their eye The world of fairies can not be found Not by anyone who wanders round You must have heart and mind so keen Then maybe…maybe they can be seen They always choose the time and place So wait and watch for any trace The day may come when you see their light Shinning, glowing, burning bright

iT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO EVALUATE A POETIC WORK WITHOUT SOME KNOWLEGE OFTHE POET'S BACKGROUND-- I BELIEVE THIS IS THE WORK OF OF A COMPARATIVELY INEXPERIENCED POET, AND IF SO,IT IS A VERY GOOD EFFORT--THE ONLY NEGATIVE I CAN SEE IS THAT THERE ARE A FEW SMALL "STUMBLES" IN THE RHYTHM--A PROBLEM THAT IS COMMON WITH POETS UNDER 45 OR 50 YEARS OLD---i THINK IT JUST TAKES A LOT OF PATIENT RE-WRITING TO GET THERE. I CERTAINLY AM NOT CALLING THIS A BAD WRITE--jUST TRYING TO HELP---OLDHERM
