The pain is excruciating I’m sure in the mind of hating My back does hurt As I do twerk Something is wrong with my mating Russell Sivey Meant as pure humor, no offense was intended.

despite the pain I am so glad you are writing such fun limericks Russell I find it is my coping mechanism to try and find humour at the worst times and that is what has got me the three most traumatic years of my life and the saying 'laughter is the best medicine' really is so true:-) hugs jan xx

Back pain is very bad Russell. I am going through it too and I did not break bones in my back. Keep up the great writing, my friend ! :)
