Desperate Hope

“Hope becomes desperate when the view is the sun.” - Quote by Poet Tomorrow seems far away, Today hides something needed, Today veils something to be seen, Tomorrow heralds a different pursuit. There’s a call to come, There’s a summon from the deep, Light is leaving to another room, Though not lost but takes another form. Music from the other side can be heard, A rhythm of bloom that resounds, It reaches out its hand, It says, not all can be savaged tomorrow. January 4, 2023.
