We were on cruise control till the toll was paid I saw many signs along the way which turned my head Lonsome Springs of water where I almost drowned Bridge on the River Kwai where I was imprisoned by you Virginia is for lovers but we took the ferry the long way round The Statue Of Liberty waved till I paid the fare Cape May we go get drunk and did In the Cityof Brotherly Love there was none to my torment The car needed a tune up and I sang our song And you sang out of tune and I forgot the verses But ,"Momma I'm Coming Home."
