Hello Debbie, I heard great things about your poetry and decided to follow you. This is the first one that I am reading. Your verses evoke a serene longing for contentment. The simplicity of wanting to live where your soul resides, finding peace and warmth within its embrace, is truly beautiful. May your journey lead you to the tranquil haven you seek, where contentment becomes a timeless companion. I am going to enjoy reading more. - Blessings, Daniel

Thank-you for checking in! We miss you. I hope you know that your poetry is unique. There is something very pleasant about how you put it all together. On another note, therapists have to deal with a lot of bad stuff. It's incredible really how screwed up we can be! In any case, I hope you are having an absolutely wonderful life and hope you know you are missed by many of us. Talk to you soon hopefully, and my sincere thanks for your comment and letting us know you are OK. You are a friend!

I'm thinking of retirement in the next year or so...maybe sooner. We all miss your kind sentiments over here. Just thinking of you as I was reviewing my work and saw one of your comments. Thanks for everything.

We’ll, many thanks for checking in! I miss seeing you here since you write with a special flair and style. I hope you are happy and doing things that you enjoy. If you feel like it, stay in touch. I have been very busy— i am trying to get my employer to embrace database publishing. This has been a three-year effort at the end of my career.

Hi there!! Just looking at all the ads that now populate this space. So, here's a funny story. The people I work for (your Uncle Sam) want a particular organization revitalized and asked for volunteers. Last time I checked, I was the only one signed up....OMG....we are so stagnant. Anyway, I hope you are really doing well. Of all the people here, you are probably the kindest of all. Take care and stay in touch please!!

Debbie, I know your heart from your poetry, and despite the demise of your employer, I suspect that your presence was sunshine in his waning health. While life can hold happiness if we are lucky, it certainly doles out a supply of sadness. Your kindness cannot overcome everything, even as bright as you are. In my job (still at it) I have all kinds of plans for improvement, but it may not happen. We who have experience have seen things go awry despite our best and sincere efforts. You ARE good!!

Hi there Debby! I am well, and many thanks for asking--hope you are too. We just published our first complete technical book using a database publishing system I designed. So, I have been extremely busy with that project. Working on several more books currently. There is nothing else to do really, since the threat of getting sick is a constant. We are being careful, and I hope you are safe and remain well. I really thank-you so much for reaching out. You are very kind and sweet!!! Thanks!

So well expressed. All the more reason to listen to us and come back. I took many breaks from Soup, but perhaps NOT as long as your's. It is 2020! (Happy New Year Blessings are ever fresh. shalom shalom)

If you are looking to find your soul then the best place to start is the Bible. Then you'll find that in order for one to be happy or content one must look in to one's self. It is a beautiful journey. I hope you find it. I'll keep you in my prayers.

Good poem. Short sweet and right to the point. Finding ones soul can be done. Yet, for some reason it is the up keep that turns some people away. I wish you only the best.
