We should be thankful every day for all that is ours.

Summer soon is passing, Fall is on the way. We say goodbye to sunny days, Prepare for Winter's grey. The wheat fields now are golden. The corn is ripe and sweet. The fruit trees all are laden, With such good things to eat. Our pantries will be bursting, With all we'll lay in store, To see us through the winter months, Provided for once more. Thanksgiving soon will be here, A day we've set aside, To thank our God for all He does. It's on Him we rely, For all this precious bounty, For good health and happiness, For all the goodness we enjoy. We know that we've been blessed.

Wonderful! I didn't see this, and here you've been back over a month and I didn't know! Welcome back (though my welcoming hug is much belated), I am so glad to see you back on the soup! This is another beautiful Judy Ball poem, incredibly presented in perfection. God bless you Judy :) <3

Thank you so much for checking in on me my friend. Things have been a bit rough. My husband had a bad fall and was in hospital for 3 weeks. Broke his brow bone, cheek bone and nose. Had bad concussion. The doctor says it didn't do his Alsheimers any good. It's full blown now. Thanks for asking. Would appreciate your prayers. God Bless, JB

Thank you so much Alexis. Sorry have been gone so long. Huby had bad accident. Fell and was in hospital. Never has fully recovered. Doctor says Alsheimers is full blown now. I, myself am exhausted . Still working full time. Daughter takes care of dad. God Bless, JB
