Come Play With Me
You can't look me in the eye
For fear of saying that you don't like me,
That you don't want to come out and play.
You know I'm just a little girl,
Who's lost her ribbons
And scraped her knees,
And who crumbles at your feet,
Who falls apart every time you leave.
You don't want to talk to me anymore
Because I slurred my speech
And ruined the cupcakes.
I ruin everything, don't I?
Maybe it's time to quit,
But I don't want to.
Come play with me, baby.
Hold my hand.
Give me a chance.
