Calamity the Uppity Clam-1

I found myself within a shell Upon an oyster bed. A wayward clam stuck out his foot And struck me on the head. Hit by this sea of insight Pearls of wisdom, so to speak: If barnacles grow on your backside That clam'll think you’re a geek.

Do clams have feet? Well, they must, but they also must be very small feet. I suspicion you barely felt the blow because you were plastered. You must stop this drinking, Mikki. Love your imagination. Hugs, daver

Mikki, you mentioned your 'Calamity' work... so I've come to look! This is certainly very funny... I didn't realize that clams might be interested in my backside...in any case, I'll be on guard during my next stay at the oceanside! Terry

Seems like an admonition to avoid living a shelter life Miiki - sometimes I grapple with the notion and distinction between waiting to recognize opportunity and creating opportunity - thnks for getting me thinking again my friend - J.A.B.
