Butterflys
Butterfly's
I love to watch the butterfly's as they flutter by
and rest upon my garden flowers.
I sit and watch in admiration
I just sit and watch for hours.
They're so graceful and full of many colours
red, green white, yellow and blue.
They appear to dance in the sunshine
as if entertaining me and you.
Then if you keep very still
they may rest upon your hand,
they're weightless wings will gently rest
upon you where you stand.
Then off they go again as upwards they dance
into the sunshine on a hot summers day.
The butterfly's dance in an aura of splendid display
As each flutters by so full of grace
in my colourful garden puts a smile on my face.
