Broken
Broken
My rag doll had no arms
I
on the streets, no home
a rainy cold day
an old man, a stranger hugged me
no legs
on the streets, discarded
he fed me
broken bones, penniless
shared his little heart with me
somehow we survived
I have two children now
they adore him
grandpa
