Every once in a while, the LORD wants us to evaluate
our walk with HIM.  Are we doing what HE wants us
to do, or are we just dragging along.  We cannot
work our way into Heaven, that is not what I am
saying but, we want to be as effective for HIM as
we can.  God bless.

Being Worth Your Salt The Holy Spirit was speaking to me about being worth my salt; not working my way to Heaven, it has nothing to do with that. The Blood of Jesus is the only sacrifice that could ransom us and pay our debt to GOD. If you were being indicted on the charge of being a Christian, would there be enough evidence to convict you? Are we being so, “worldly” minded that we are no “Heavenly” good? Are we so caught up with the world and being “in with the in crowd” that we are not able to tell someone about Jesus? If the door was opened, would you be “ashamed” to talk openly about your faith or lead someone to Jesus to get them saved? Have people been on their deathbed and you know that they are not saved and you have been at their bedside but, didn’t talk to them about HIM? Have you had someone who was pregnant and was considering an abortion but you didn’t talk to them about “abortion” and that it is actually killing a baby and that it is murder? This is a spiritual checkup; we have all missed opportunities but, let’s press into HIM to make a difference in this world! Let’s, BE SALT while we are still in this world. God bless, Marilyn S.
