Bath Time

Bath Time Every evening around about five I pinch my cellulose to make sure I’m alive. Long-ago-child last rings in my tub now soaps up her own kids, rub a dub dub. Towels at attention, the bathroom is dry if I need a re-run my daughter’s near-by. ©Kathryn McLoughlin Collins November 24, 2012

You are unique! (I know, I've said it before... but dammit it's true!) Wonderful cadence, rhyming and imagery... 'rub a dub dub' in a poem? Spectacular!! Love, Keith

A wonderful 'pick-me-up', Kathy... ah, yes, a 'long-ago-child'... but I'm still fighting against leaving that 'realm'... Love, Terry

You captured my attention with first stanza. Loved the whole poem. Great poem. And I loved the last two lines as well. I love poems with humor. They are so therapeutic.
