And Snow It Goes

And so it snows – And snow it goes The day arrived The sun arose The world was white From overnight The sun was warm The sun was bright And so the snow As snow will go Did melt from sight – And snow it goes And in my heart As deft as art The melted snow Remains, in part When winters blow I’ll always know While so it snows Well, snow it goes –

This is such a great poem John with a lot of depth. So well written. Love the imagery here. ‘ And in my heart, as deft as art, the melted snow, remains in part.’ Such a profound stanza. Also love the refrain line. Much more here than just the coming and going of snow. Really enjoyed it Thank you for sharing.

Cool! Just today I was thinking how I wish it'd snow. It's 60 degrees at night, but still. Hey if God said "let there be light" He could say "let it snow"... and snow it'd go! :D

Yep, sometimes snow is good. Still, I'm usually ready for it to go - :)

Awesome rhymes and cadence John. I've got snow and sun outside my window as I write this. And snow it goes...
